Full 30 day return policy

The Buzz Electronics strives to deliver best-in-class service and strives to make shopping with us simple and hassle-free. One way we achieve this is by offering a full 30 days to return any item that meets the requirements listed below. Inspect your delivery immediately!

Upon delivery, please inspect your purchase IMMEDIATELY and notify us of any damage within 72 hours. In the event that the item was damaged in transit we will arrange for a prompt replacement. When you return an item during the first 30 days, you may be responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee. Please note that returns are available only for items that are less than 70 lbs and were shipped within the United States.

Starting your return process

Please call customer service at 844-490-BUZZ or e-mail sales@thebuzzexperience.com with your name, invoice number, contact number, and details of the return to begin the process. You will receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. If we are responsible for the return shipping a UPS return label will be sent to you via e-mail by one of our customer service representatives. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to reach our facility and be processed. If you requested an exchange, your new item will be sent to you within 2 business days after the returned item has been received. Once your order has been returned to us, please allow up to 15 business days for your credit to show on your account.

Shipping instructions

Once you request an RMA we will send you the return information. You must sent back each item along with all original parts, manuals, etc., packaging material and then place it in a secure outer box. Always send it with a signature required and add insurance. If the item is lost or damaged while in transit you are responsible. Refunds are issued only after the product is received and processed.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Blister pack items that have been opened can’t be returned.
  • Personal care items that have been opened can’t be returned.
  • TV’s and monitors can’t be returned. Large appliances can’t be returned.
  • No returns on monogrammed, personalized, gift cards, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
  • Final sale / clearance items cannot be returned.
  • For returns of items purchased from your Thebuzzelectronics.com Gift Registry, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise within 30 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later. Proof of event date is required.


Restocking fee

All unopened items that are returned within 30 days are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Items that are open, and are not in new condition are subject to a restocking fee up to 50%. Returns are also subject to all shipping fees associated with the return. Buyer remorse and refused shipments are both subject to restocking fees. Returns after 30 days will either be returned to you, or processed and subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Getting your refund

All returns must have a sales receipt or gift receipt. Your refund will be applied to the original payment method. For in-store cash and personal checks of over $100 you will receive a company check via mail within 14 days. Gift recipients will receive a store merchandise credit towards future purchases.
